She also serves in the Institute of Corporate Lawyers as Co-president of the practice group company law and corporate governance and as co-founder of DiversityRocks@KBC which aims to stimulate the development of an inclusive diversity culture by deepening the knowledge of the concept of inclusive leadership and teamwork.
